I started my yoga journey in September 2011 and was immediately drawn to the practice and the vibe of the studio. I quickly joined onto the Energy Exchange Program (which is one of the many things I love about Moksha), then started working the front desk and fell in love with the studio even more! I took my Moksha Level 1 training in Nicaragua in March 2017 and have really been enjoying sharing my passion for the practice with our community. Besides yoga I really love reading and writing poetry, gardening, dancing, scuba diving, cooking delicious meals and my little Jack Russell Ruby. I am excited to grow as a teacher in our Moksha Yoga Kildonan community, and hope to bring/share knowledge and inspiration in my classes.
